Customer Focus

It’s been almost 5 months since I joined the Oracle family and I have to admit that one of the things which has really impressed me throughout this journey is the constant passion for improving employees knowledge and skills. There is not a single week that I am not encouraged to take one or more courses! This week, though, the topic went beyond my expectations. Therefore, I firmly believe that it is worth a shoutout.

According to my opinion “Customer Focus” course is a real eye-opener not only for the companies which wish to become more customer centric but mostly for those who think they are (but are not). Because at the end of the day, no matter how innovative or attractive an organization is, it is the customer the one who defines its value. And this learning path, undoubtedly, gives you the right instructions in order to take the proper course of action should you really want to place the customer at the center of your business.

If I were to mention what interested me most from the course…then this would be the following quote: “Not all loyal customers are profitable. And not all profitable customers are loyal.”
